Registration Fees

 Notes:

1. The registration fee covers:
   1. participate in the conference.
   2. conference materials (conference manual, pens, notepads, etc.).
   3. coffee break and lunch buffet.
   4. tour transportation for international participants and attendees.
2. Any additional paper is subjected to 50% discount from its original fees.
3. Attendance fee is 50% of the attendance's registration category.
4. Accepted papers must be registered by the final camera-ready paper submission deadline according to IEEE format.
5. The official receipt will be collected at the conference spot after your registration is confirmed;
6. The attendance certificate will be given at the end of the conference.

Registration and Publication Process

In order to have your paper included successfully, please refer to below steps:
1. Revise your paper according to reviewer comments carefully.
2. Format your paper according to IEEE conference template:
      https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
3. Upload your paper’s final version to the conference platform:
      https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=eiceeai2022
4. Pay conference registration fees. Bank details are shown in the next page.
5. Sign the Copyright form which will be sent to you before the conference. Please wait for notice.
6. Present your conference in person at the conference.
